I Need Coastal ( warmer ) space to live in my RV (Coastal towns only)

Howdy.
Hoping someone will have a safe , quiet space semi rural near Bus option.
Needing soon, hopefully around Christmas🎄 I don't need power, but maybe just an outlet , or I may aquire a small generator for light use .
And water access.
Trying to keep simple/ cost effective.
My budget is only about $500-$600.
