Definitely worth it for the convenience of being walking distance from the beach and the large room/closet! Shared utilities and access to all household appliances.
$100 more a month for utilities.
I have a 7lb dog and a 45lb dog.
No other pets allowed.
The big one is sweet and loves everyone the little one stays to him self.
Dogs are separated when I am not home.
With me and they follow me when I am home.
No family's and no couples.
No children About me.
I work for the county.
I dont smoke anything and would be a requirement for a room mate.
I'm quite to myself in my room most the time.
I dont bring people over but I am busy.
This is not a party house.
This is a kind of home you come home to relax to and be respectful of other room mates.
