Looking for a Room/House Share (Atascadero)

Hi there I am looking for a room share/granny unit.
This will be for just me and my 7-year-old McKenzie (she's a well-behaved 7-year-old first grader at San Gabriel Elementary).
I would prefer to stay as close as possible preferably in Atascadero, as I would hate for her to have to transfer schools.
Here is what I would like - a room preferably with its bathroom, although not a deal breaker.
I would like to have kitchen access.
We do not have any pets but we both love animals so if you have pets that is a bonus.
We are fine sharing a bedroom.
I consider myself easy to get along with, I am very clean - no smoking, no drugs, and I rarely drink.
We love exploring the outdoors.
The rent is of course up for negotiation.
