Looking for 2 rooms to rent!!!! (San Luis Obispo)

Hello we are two male college students (ages 19 and 22) looking to rent out two rooms.
We would need a non smoking residence as we are both asthmatic.
As well as a place to park my car.
We would prefer a place $900 a month or less per room including utilities.
