Semi rural , near the Ocean- Morro, Los Osos, maybe AG.
Nearby Bus ( just in case).
One cool , compatible roomie or house owner preferred .

Can share cooking ,gardening, varied music interests, great conversation, coffee , possible Art interests.

but mostly I'm the loner / homebody / nature lover type not a techie only watch old TV or movies on my phone.
