In search of a room / roommates

Hello, I am a 28 year old male professional looking for a room or roommates (ideally in Los Osos or Morro Bay).
I am very outdoorsy with hobbies like mountain biking, surfing, spearfishing, etc.
I don’t really drink, and definitely don’t smoke.
I’m looking for a likeminded person to search for 2bedroom rentals with.
I’m looking to spend less than $1200 a room but my credit score is 700+.
My drawbacks are space; I currently have a car and a truck, and also a small aluminum boat (hence why I want to live in HOA-free communities.
) I also need a garage for all the gear that these hobbies require.
I am very clean and like to live in a respectful environment.
