Looking for dog friendly rental in Paso (Paso Robles)

Looking to possibly rent a room or granny unit in Paso Robles that is dog friendly and has a fenced yard and laundry facilities for around $900.
My ideal living situation would be males or females in their mid 30’s or early 40’s, clean, quiet, non smokers, who are easy going.
I work a regular full time job.
Not looking to move right away, I’m in my own place so if you are looking to fill a spot right away I won’t be a good fit.
I would be looking to move in a few months, so I’m just checking what’s possibly available.
Just a normal regular working adult looking to share a nice home with other normal regular adults for awhile.
