Looking for roommate for 2br

Hi there, I'm a mid-30's gal looking for a roommate to share a 2br apartment or home.
I have a lead on a 3 br/ 2 bath home with a garage and big raised beds in the back for gardening.
The 3rd bedroom is small, and would make a nice office.
Friends have described me as grounded, easy to talk to, happiest in nature, full of fun-facts, and handy around the house.
I love to play music and cook at home, have friends over occasionally for meals and board games, and I keep my space and the common spaces clean.
