Hey I'm a working professional in my late 20's.
I'm looking to rent a private outside area in someones back yard that I can use for camping.
I've doing nomad van-life, and so while I do not desire to live inside a building currently, I do desire having a home-base to park and have some stability in between travels.
All that is needed is access to a bathroom (however, also open to creative solutions/building a basic outhouse).
The ideal place is somewhere quiet, flat, ideally on a bigger plot of land, ideally with trees/shade.
Willing to pay $1,000-$3,000 a month depending on the place.
Credit score 800, good income, online business owner, low noise, respectful.
I'm specifically looking for somewhere in the San Simeon or Cambria regions.
Within a 10 minute drive to the ocean.
