Cal Poly Student Looking for Room Close to Cal Poly (San Luis Obispo)

Hello! My name is Andrew.
I am an incoming transfer engineering student at Cal Poly SLO looking for housing this fall semester.
I will be attending school full time and would like to rent for at least a year.
I have a tight budget of $1000; however, I might be able to be flexible if everything else works out.
I like to maintain a clean and organized room.
I am fairly quiet and like to keep to myself.
I don't drink, smoke, or party and would prefer to not live with anyone who smokes or parties.
I do like cooking so I will be using the kitchen if possible.
Although my exact schedule is pending, I will mostly be on campus studying on most days.
Some of my hobbies are hiking, swimming, biking, and playing games in my free time.
