Looking for a place to live w/ 2child (Oceano, Ag, any in the Five Cities)

Hello, I am a single mother with 3 children, but only two lives with me.
3years old and 1 year old.
I'm looking for a place to live but I haven't been able to rent a full apartment by myself.
my daughter have medical issues.
I would love to find someone that can help me out, I can afford 1,000- 1200 per month.
For a room or studio but again it will be myself and my two little kids.
