Looking for unfurnished room or studio - a home (San Luis Obispo County)

Hi - I am a mature, single woman who is looking for a long term rental that is an unfurnished, quiet room with an attached bath or a studio.
I do not have any pets or children; no drinking or drug use; responsible; stable; friendly; tend to keep to myself at home.
It would be great if there was a washer/dryer for renter's use.
