Caretaking/ Rent Trade

Experienced property caretakers looking for a new place to call home! We have 5+ years of property upkeep and maintenance experience ranging from bed and breakfast and Airbnb management, to off grid living and mountain property maintenance, gardening and landscaping, domestic and farm animal care and more.
One of us also has winery and vineyard experience and the other significant nanny experience.
We’re open to full or partial rent trade, on site services for a business, and even rent to own.
We are willing to consider all kinds of creative situations both rent and dwelling wise.
We are adaptable, reliable, hard working and friendly.
We have a resume with references available if you'd like, and would love to talk with you about any ideas you might have! We do have a dog and 2 semi outdoor cats, so we’re looking for something pet friendly.
