I will be relocating to San Luis Obispo from Clovis, CA for work.
I am a full time higher up employee for a company and travel for work from time to time, but looking for permanent residency in the SLO area.
Willing to be somewhere within 30-45 min to SLO.
I am a clean person, early 30s and do not smoke drink or do drugs.
I do have 1 small dog, she is 8 years old and a sweetheart.
My budget for a room or studio is no more than 1200 with all utilities included.
Will be willing to provide a background check and proof of income.
