Seeking quiet short term room (Slo area)

Hello, I am a Single female in my mid thirties with no pets.
I am quiet, respectful, responsible and don't party.
I currently live in a travel trailer that I own.
I rent a spot here in Arroyo Grande with full hookups.
I have been here for 3 years and ready for a change.
* I am looking to sell my rv and eventually move out of town.
I work full time in Avila and part time caregiving.
I will not be at the house much just looking for a quiet , private space when I am.
My price range is between 700$-1100$ a month and prefer my own bathroom.
