55yo wm, senior engineer at a local aerospace company.

Finances are not an issue, I have excellent credit and no criminal record.
Proofs of financial responsibility and background checks will reveal nothing untoward.
I value my privacy, peace and quiet and tend to keep to myself.
I am a tidy person.
I have no pets of any kind.
I don't drink, don't smoke, don't party, and am health-conscious.
I have no objection to whatever anyone else chooses to do (smoking/drinking/whatever).
Weekdays I work during the day and go to the gym at night.
I'm normally out until at least 8:30pm.
Weekends I sometimes go to work during the day.
Afternoons/evenings I usually spend with my SO.
I have one vehicle.
I have a sizable set of tools.
If you have some storage available that would be outstanding.
If not, that's OK; I can store them elsewhere.
The only concerns I have from my end:
1) Pets: I won't live with a dog.
I get along splendidly with cats.
2) Social interaction: Not lacking in the social graces but I'm a bit introverted and like a lot of time to myself.
I probably won't hang out very often.
Maybe a Saturday night movie once in a great while.
3) Guests: I completely respect, without complaint, all house rules regarding time/date/duration of guests; it's important I know them from the start.
I do have an SO and would like them to visit.
We would not hang out or be in common areas except as necessary.
