Woman 64 seeking shared housing (Paso Robles)

Hello, We are seeking a rental for my mother, she is 64 very sweet woman.
She was taking care of a 92 year old woman who recently passed and the house is up for sale, looking to move as soon as possible.
Her current place came furnished so she can come with or without any furniture.
She does not drive but uses a small mobility scooter to run errands/ grocery shop etc.
Looking for anything in SLO, Los Osos, Morro Bay, Atascadero, Paso Robles, and surrounding areas.
She is clean and pleasant, retired, on a fixed income, hoping to find a shared home with someone near her age, man or woman.
