We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Thrift Store Job Coach to join our Client Services Department at the Atascadero Thrift Store.
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am-6pm
Responsibilities
Provide support and training to individuals served in our thrift stores
Ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation of the site
Collaborate with staff and individuals served to meet and exceed customer expectations, donation profitability, and quality vocational training
Complete and submit required paperwork by deadlines
Provide continuous instructions for work specific to vocational growth and training objectives
Maintain a courteous, positive, and professional demeanor while working with individuals served and the community
Stay informed on current sales, promotions, payment policies, and security practices
Assist with marketing and merchandising the store
Drive, load, and unload the box truck for pick-ups and distribution between stores
Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a LiveScan background check
Reliable transportation
Patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities
Flexibility and availability to work at least 1 weekend day per week
Qualifications
Current California driver's license (driving is required for this position)

Compensation
Anticipated hiring range is $18.
50 per hour plus benefits and perks.
(*Full salary schedule range is $18.
