Looking to fill a roommate vacancy!
Second Story master suite with a walk in closet and small balcony.
Currently furnished with a full size bed, desk, dresser, mini fridge, & TV but can take out anything not needed/wanted.
Gardening boxes in the front yard, deck and hammock out in back.
Room is located off the second living room and is very private.
Security deposit $300, Rent Due by the 3rd, Utilites ~$150 a month (may be a bit higher with the gas increase)
No smoking (of anything, housemate has asthma and raging allergies)
No strong scents/perfumes/cologne in common areas (scented candles, laundry detergent, dryer sheets)
No pets as there is already a cat on the lease.
Housemates:
A male (40s), software tester and works from home.
Doesn't drink or party, very quite and tidy.
Plays guitar occasionally.
A female (30s), manufacturing tech, enjoys the occasional drink, closest thing to a party would be game nights? Not as tidy, but respectful of common areas.
Has every craft supply, and will enthusiastically share all supplies/knowledge.
A cat, very spoiled and friendly.
Thinks he owns every cushion in the house and that anyone entering must clearly be there for him.
He is not allowed in the secondary living room, but that doesn't stop him from trying.
