I am renting two rooms in my newly remodeled 3 bd 2 1/2 bath condo.
Nice quiet condo very close to everything in Grover Beach.
Shared bath with one other person.
I am 42 year old architectural designer and work from home half the time.
I am really mellow and enjoy normal stuff like outdoor activities, reading and movies, etc.

I keep the house very clean and would be looking for someone who can keep common areas clean.
This is an Alcohol free house but 420 and cig's are okay outside.
You will have full access to all the amenities in the house (i.
e.
full use of common areas, kitchen, storage in garage, extra freezer space in garage, etc.

).
Not looking for someone with furniture for common areas.
Only bedrooms.
The house comes with a very friendly Husky mutt.
Be aware that my dog does shed quite a bit but I do a pretty good job of staying on top of it.
One of the rooms will be available on the 1st of April and the other will be available on May 1st.
They are pretty much identical.
