The entire house is completely furnished except for your room (no furniture provided).
The property itself is quite large and spacious enough for everyone to roam freely about the shared home.

There are 2 indoor/outdoor cats that are very cuddly and sweet.
No other pets allowed.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their space and will treat this home as if it were their own.
Cleanliness is a necessity.
We all work to contribute to the house one way or another.
