Hi everyone,
My name is Jared Sinasohn and I am with Mason Leonard looking for a third roommate for the 2024-2025 school year.
For a bit about ourselves, we are both going to be Blended Master’s students at Cal Poly.
Mason is a civil/structural engineering student and I am a mechanical engineering student.
We are both from the Bay Area and are avid sports fans.
We’re looking for a third roommate for the 2024-25 school year at Cal Poly SLO.
We have been living at this house for the past two years and can report no problems with our landlord.
Our third roommate is graduating while we are continuing for our Master’s.
The room for rent is a 12 month lease (8/1/24-7/31/25) for $1,000 per month plus utilities.
The house is 3 bedroom/1 bathroom with a connected garage and a backyard.
The room is 100 square feet and comes with the following included: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, full range, and garbage disposal.
We have also furnished the living room, kitchen, and dining room.
