I have an upstairs master suite for rent in a 4 bedroom house near the DMV in SLO: The room is very large, vaulted ceiling, large walk in closet, and private attached bathroom.
This room can easily accommodate two people to share or a single person that desires room for an office set up, etc.
For a single person the price would be $1400, or $1600 if shared.
Lease is month to month.
The deposit is 1 month's rent.
Trash is included but other utilities are split by tenants.
There is 1 cat in the home and it's probably not a good place for a dog, but a cat might be considered for additional cost.
Laundry in home.
Access to a community pool and spa included.
Your potential roommates are a mix of young adults/students.
