Recently redone inside with wood floors and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room.
Small fenced front/side yard.
Gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.
High speed spectrum internet.
Utilities not included (water, trash, gas, internet, electric).
Washer/dryer in unit.
Unfortunately I cant allow dogs/cats because I have two dogs of my own and just not enough space for more.
That being said must like dogs.
About me - I originally am from the area and love living on the central coast.
I work in the wine industry as a winemaker and graduated from Cal Poly in 2012 with an enology degree.
I love to exercise and try to maximize my time in the outdoors.
I have two dogs (a pug named Tucker and a bulldog named Tulip).
