$1,200 Los osos room for rent (Los Olivos)

I am a 22 year old female looking for a clean,tidy,and responsible roomate also some one who pays rent on time.
I have a standard room for rent in Los Osos for $1,200 a month with a $1000 deposit.
All utilities are included (unless abused)including internet,trash,and your own parking space.
I have a wash and dryer in the unit that you can use whenever.
No cigarettes allowed but I am cannabis friendly and have a small patio you can smoke on.
Absolutely no animals.
I do have a sweet indoor cat that will want to cuddle you though.
I tend to be very introverted at times but will occasionally have a couple friends over.
I am usually pretty laid back and easy going and am hoping to have a roomate that is the same but can also respect boundaries and pick up after them selves.
