I am currently the only tenant renting a new 3-bedroom/2 bath house in Morro Bay near the Embarcadero.
I am seeking ONE roommate to share this house.
I occupy the master bedroom.
The third bedroom is maintained as an office/guest bedroom which you will have full access to--could be ideal if you work at home.
You will also get a garage parking space, and the 2nd bathroom will be exclusively yours, except when there are guests.
Lovely living room with gas fireplace, dining area, and new kitchen.
Living and dining areas currently furnished, but willing to discuss changing if you have furniture you want to keep.
I'm an older stable professional, looking for same, male or female.
I work as a geologist, and am an avid amateur musician.
I want to find a compatible roommate.
I'm not in a hurry.
