$1,150 / 2br - Roommate wanted! $1150 monthly (Morro Bay)

I'm a 25 year old woman who is employed full-time and looking for a roommate to apply to a condo here in Morro Bay.
The rent for the whole condo I have in mind is $2,300 so each tenant would be $1,150 before utilities.
You would need to be comfortable with applying through a rental agency and signing a lease.
