We have multiple rooms available in a ranch house, just outside of Morro Bay.
The property is set up as a Coliving House/Intentional Community and provides a nice blend of privacy and community.
All units share a beautiful, large commercial kitchen.
All utilities, wifi, on site laundry, cooking utensils, cooking oils, spices, paper towels, toilet paper and building maintenance are included in the monthly rent.
We currently have units with shared bathrooms and private bathrooms, price varies.
