Pet friendly bedroom sublet May-August 1 furnished bedroom available in 3 bedroom 2 bath house Hardwood floors throughout, carpeted bedrooms, private full bathroom, w/d, sunny front yard patio All utilities included in rent Also occupied by small family that will be traveling much of the duration.
The entire downstairs will be all yours for weeks at a time.
No smoking This is a pet friendly property and we have a well behaved dog and 2 cats.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who would be interested in reduced rent in exchange for basic pet sitting.
This would entail filling food bowls, providing fresh drinking water, giving pets and occasional walks.
Tending to pet waste would not be expected.
Your pet would be welcome provided they get along well with our own.
