The room is for single occupancy only.
It is furnished with a bed, and I can put up a desk upon request.
The room is clean and painted two years ago, and the window lets in plenty of light.
There is wired, fast internet in the room and WiFi in the unit.
There is a full closet for use.
New washer/dryer in condo.
No pets allowed.
Owner has a cat.
The condo complex is pretty quiet in this end.
It takes 5 minutes to get to the bigger grocery stores, and 3 minutes to the beach.
You can walk the mile or so to the beach/dunes.
I’ll be checking my email twice daily - if this post is active, the room is still open.
