Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to share my peaceful countryside home, located just minutes away from downtown Historic Paso Robles, The Horse Park, Ravine Water Park, Hunter Golf Course, and 300 wineries, breweries, distilleries and eateries.
The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath on 1 acre located in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with ample parking.
The property offers plenty of space to start your very own garden .
We do not have any animals inside the house.
The house is currently occupied by two male, mid-30s.
We are clean and responsible with full-time job.
The rent is 900 and includes power, water, WI-FI and garbage.
Propane would be split equally.
