Private full bath, bedroom is fully furnished, nicely decorated, has a full size closet with new furnishings (bed, dresser, night stand etc.
) limited in space for personal furniture and storage due to being a furnished room.
Full usage of common areas, kitchen, on site washer and dryer and all utilities paid including internet, ample street parking.
A total of 2 persons (owner and tenant) will reside at the premise - the owner a long time local professional with a people friendly well behaved indoor dog.
One who prefers to have a quiet peaceful living space and occasionally hosts small gatherings at home with family and friends.
Looking for a non smoking tenant, no drugs, social drinker ok.
One who is responsible, mindful of their surroundings - tidy on a daily basis - has minimal amount of foot traffic to the premise, must be dog friendly, respects residing in a well kept home located in an established residential area and seeking to rent 6 months or more.
Applicant must be presently employed with a off site - day time job work hours, have references, proof of income.
This is a month to month room agreement with a 30 day written notice.
