You will have access to the entire home.
We both are early risers but the house is plenty big enough so privacy and opposite schedules aren't a problem.
Utilities will be split evenly with all 3 residents.
Bathroom will be shared with one additional roommate but is large with a double sink and plenty of storage.
You will be required complete the application process with the property management company.
$1300 deposit due upfront with first months rent.

We both have a dog so must be dog friendly.
Another dog is possible but will need to be screened first.
