) limited in space for personal furniture and storage due to being a furnished room.
Full usage of common areas, kitchen, yards, on site washer and dryer and all utilities paid including internet, ample street parking.
Only the owner and renter will reside at the premise - the owner a mature male long time local working professional with a people friendly well behaved indoor male dog.

Applicant must be presently employed with a off site - M-F, 8 to 5 - day time work hours, must have landlord references, housing history and proof of income.
This is a month to month room agreement with a 30 day written notice.
