The available room is approximately 300 sq ft and features a spacious walk-in closet.
It is furnished with a queen-size bed, and in the loft area, there is a futon, couch, and TV that you are welcome to use.
The kitchen is well-equipped with various gadgets and utensils for cooking.
The house is a three-story, 3850 sq ft property.
There is one shared shower in the downstairs master bedroom, along with a half bathroom that will primarily be yours to use.
As for me, I am a male who works from home in the non-profit sector, and I adhere to a plant-based diet.
Please note that there are no animal products in the house.
I have a female cat, and the overall atmosphere in the house is calm and peaceful.
The neighborhood is also very
safe, with minimal crime or issues.
It is a 5-minute commute to downtown Spokane.
A car is necessary since there is no public transit in the area.
I have attached photos from my previous roommate as an example of how the room can be arranged.
Currently, the room is empty except for a bed, mini fridge, and futon.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed due to my cat's compatibility issues.
However, I am open to considering one additional cat if it is a good fit for both of us.
