$1,400 / 2br - 2-bedrooms and private bath in large beautiful home (Paso Robles)

We are a couple in our thirties looking to fill the two spare bedrooms and private bathroom (2 sinks, tub and shower) in the home we are renting.
The bedrooms are all 2nd floor, downstairs is a guest bathroom we generally don't use, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and hard wood floors downstairs.
We have 2 cats so other cats are fine but definitely not dogs.
We are 420 friendly leftists and like to come home and game or watch TV when we aren't working, we like our peace and quiet.
