Room available in large house 7 miles east of Paso robles.
Room is furnished and you have your own balcony and bathroom.
The kitchen is large and you have kitchen privileges.
The rent is $1100 per month.
You must have a job and a car.
I would appreciate someone who likes animals and would look after my cats and chickens and water my plants when I have to work up north for (usually) no more than two weeks and very infrequently.
I have three mostly indoor cats and one feral, some chickens and a peacock.
I cannot take in any more animals for the sake of terrifying the ones I already have plus the deer that live in one corner of the field.
House is on two acres.
I am a quiet, studious person, there will be two occupants in the house.
Rent is month to month and I would appreciate a minimum of six months stay.

Absolutely no smoking because we are in a high fire danger area, and no drug users.
