There are two of us living in the home now (third floor rooms).
One male and one female.
I have one private room available now.
Room is on first floor with a private bathroom, with extra closet space outside of room for additional storage.
There are no other bedrooms on the first floor.
Second floor is common area with full kitchen and living room access.
Looking for one individual (no couples please) who is respectful, easygoing, and tidy.
