This room is in a very nice, updated house near Trader Joe's in a quiet neighborhood.
There are 4 bedrooms total, and we are currently 2 males and one female looking for another person.

There is a $500 move-in fee, and no security deposit.
In addition, there are two first-come-first-serve driveway parking spots, and always tons of street parking.
You can get a designated shelf in the garage, as well as a spot to store your bike.
We have a nice, big deck, which is awesome for getting some sun, and I do some gardening and currently tend to some fruit trees, etc.
Our house vibe includes very relaxed, friendly people who are also pretty clean, tidy, and respectful.
We are all musicians, though I'm the only one doing that professionally.
We'd be looking for a student or a young professional who's got a similar vibe.
