Kitchen privileges and use of peaceful backyard.
Other residents of house are adult female teacher and 24 year old daughter.
We are LGBTQI friendly, vegan, vegetarian, left liberal people.
We are social but rather introverted and respect each other's space.
Prefer female renter who is vegan or vegetarian.
Not a good place for party people, not 420 friendly.
No smoking, vaping, candles or incense -- person in house with asthma.
Sleep overs by significant others ok with prior notice.
We have 2 small dogs and an old cat -- so no pets please.
Required: Provide 2 references who have lived with you.
Proof of recent Covid-19 booster.
$900 deposit -- will be returned if room is left clean.
