The home is currently filled with working professionals in various industries, the ideal roommate would be another working professional who is respectful and clean.
Current tenants are all early to mid 30s and male.
The home is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with full kitchen, living room, garage and backyard.
Bedroom is a private room and has furnishings available if requested, bathroom would be shared with one other person.
Lease will be month to month however preferance will be given to those looking for longer terms, a year or more is preferred.
