There is garage parking space for one car and some cabinet space for extra storage.
The home is located off a main road, but less than a 10 minute drive to shopping and the airport.
Only one person can occupy this rental with no exception.
One other person lives in the house with a very friendly female dog.
I am looking for someone who is a quiet, clean, and respectful person to rent the room, and who does not need to be reminded to clean up after themselves in shared spaces.
Also, must be mindful of utility use.
