$1,000 Nice Room for Rent (San Luis Obispo)

I have a room for rent in a nice house.
The room is fairly large with big windows and a nice closet.
The bathroom is directly outside the bedroom and shared with one housemate, me! There is a second coat closet outside the bedroom as well for extra storage.
There is a private entrance right next to the room.
We are looking for someone that understands how to be a courteous housemate.
This is a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood.
We like to keep the house tidy and organized.
The house is furnished, but the room is empty, although I do have some random extra furniture that can be used optionally.
The rent is $1000 per month and $100 flat rate for utilities.
Deposit for the room is $1100.
A little about us, two of the housemates are local firemen and are not around the house consistently and I am in the wine industry and work from home unless I am traveling for work.
Please respond with some information about yourself and perhaps why you think you may be a good fit.
