To be considered a potential applicant - You must be able to provide landlord references who responds / credit reference / housing history (last 3 years) and proof of income and be prepared to complete the necessary paperwork promptly.

Owner stays in Master bedroom with its own bathroom.

Month to Month lease - The room rents for $1,000 per month includes utilities (Internet, Gas /Elect/Water /Trash service) + free of charge no costs for usage of W/D in unit.
Designated parking on site.
Plus $1,000 security / cleaning deposit.
if you work during the day from home some additional utility costs will be assessed.
In summary desirable to be employed M-F day job, or upper classman student welcomed.
Proof of income and resources, applicant can provide a positive reference one whose reference will respond when requested and have a reasonable credit report rating.
Must be tidy, clean and pick up after themselves especially in the common areas kitchen and bathroom, and not a loud person.
