Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and answer customer inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Ensure products are properly displayed and showroom is in order - Up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Calculate pricing of custom products for customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Experience: - Passion and experience in home furnishings and decor is a plus - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Ability to multitask - Ability to understand and communicate some technical product information is a plus Requirements: - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to promote sales - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or issues - Willingness to learn about products and stay updated on industry trends - Able to work day shifts Tuesday - Saturday We offer competitive pay and provide training to enhance your sales skills.
