Sales Coordinator

Inspired Flight is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team.
In this role, you will ensure the sales department runs smoothly by managing sales funnels, generating quotes, and inputting sales orders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills in order to work efficiently within a team while having the exceptional attention to detail to complete tasks and make decisions independently.
This position will be a member of the Sales Team and report to the Director of Sales.

*Typical responsibilities:* * Manage and organize sales leads in the CRM * Managing the input and accuracy of sales orders * Coordinate scheduling & travel for sales team * Working with employees in other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to optimize sales *You’ll excel in this role if you:* * Have CRM experience * Are meticulous with detail * Are proactive and can follow directions * Very good verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational skills * Strong working knowledge of Google suite *Education/Experience Requirements: * * 2 years experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or equivalent discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
