Footseas is a locally owned beautiful boutique located right across from the beach in Avila Beach.
Our work environment is very fun and fast paced especially during our summer season.
We offer clothing styles for all different age ranges.
From trendy tops and fun printed pants to beautiful dress and jumpsuits, you could really find all that you need! Our company is looking for passionate professionals who enjoy interacting with people, selling high-quality products and love the thrill of making sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting and beating daily sales goals, selling merchandise to customers and assisting with inventory controls.
We're looking for candidates who are motivated, reliable and detail-oriented with superior customer service skills and a genuine passion for retail.
Responsibilities: * Offer customers help in selecting merchandise and answer their questions.
* Operate a cash register to record sales and redeem coupons.
* Promote and sell additional merchandise to customers.
* Keep the store clean and safe by performing needed cleaning tasks.
* Be prepared to handle angry or unhappy customers.
* Assist in restocking inventory.
* Assist other employees with their tasks or provide backup when they are absent.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $16.
