Title: Marketing Manager
Location: 408 Higuera Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
Schedule: Weekdays, Full-time
Compensation: $67-70k plus benefits

Throughout the year, each of the clinics provide time, energy, and proceeds to local causes and events such as the MS Walk, the Heart Walk, Go Red for Women, START!, Miracle Miles for Kids and many more.
Our team also finds great pleasure in sponsoring local athletic teams and organizations, and providing community lectures and free backpack screenings for kids in all clinics.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager that is both creative and analytical.
These skills are used in tandem in order to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, foster customer retention, assist business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
Qualifications & Responsibilities: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of marketing experience Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing Advanced communication skills Ability to quickly adapt to change Strong project management skills Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking Familiar with the following software/tools: Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, various social media platforms Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Background in healthcare setting preferred Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company services Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of regional marketing plans Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities maybe capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
Works with designers and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste up, and production of promotional materials.
Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets Supports sales and lead generation efforts Builds brand awareness and positioning Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI Benefits: Profit Sharing: A team profit sharing plan in which the organization contributes dollars into individual team member accounts based on the success of the practice.
Once eligible, you are automatically enrolled.

We cover $325/month of the cost.
All eligible employees are enrolled in an employer-paid life insurance policy as well.
Paid Time Off: We offer 3 weeks or 15 days/year for the first 2 years of employment, 4 weeks or 20 days/year when beginning your third year, 5 weeks or 25 days/year after 10 years of employment.
All PTO accrues per pay period to equal these amounts annually.
Additionally, we offer selected paid holidays.
