Race & Event Coordinator - Entry Level -Local (Arroyo Grande)

The Rugged Radios Race and Events department is looking for a new team member! Ideal applicants will be hard working, willing to learn and have a great attitude.
Team members typically work on a large variety of tasks relating to events and sponsorships including event logistics.
This is an in-house position and applicants must be local to the Five Cities / San Luis Obispo / Santa Maria areas.

Responsibilities Coordinate schedule and travel plans for travel teams Manage event calendars and event prep sheets Communicate upcoming events and staffing with entire company via google calendar, email, event whiteboard Communicate with show promoters on event logistics Post event follow up and evaluation.
Process and procure check requests, seller permits, insurance needs Requirements Be friendly and work well with others in a team environment Be highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines Solve problems and be flexible in your duties Familiarity with the Google Workspace i.
