As our company expands, we are in search of a talented and organized individual to join our team in the capacity of an Executive Assistant and Social Media Coordinator.
*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong multitasking abilities to adeptly manage executive support tasks and elevate our online presence through strategic social media management.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.
This role demands someone who excels in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrating adaptability to the ever-evolving landscape of the media industry.

*Key Responsibilities* *Executive Assistant:* * Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination and team communication * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Prepare agendas, documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
* Assist in project management and coordination of various tasks as needed.
* Act as a liaison between executives and vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
* Complete errands and manage miscellaneous tasks.
*Social Media Coordinator:* * Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
* Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media channels with other team members.
* Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize content and strategies.
* Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
*Qualifications* *Executive Assistant:* * Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
* Local travel is required *Social Media Coordinator:* * Previous experience in social media management for a brand or organization.
* Familiarity with various social media platforms and their best practices.
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
* Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools.
This position requires being physically present at our home office in Atascadero.
